Exhibit product/service and booth PR information will be displayed on the Online Guide (exhibitors’ list page) on the official website for free of charge. This can be used to effectively notify prospective visitors who search for information on the web in advance, and can also be used as a pre-appointment system.
To help exhibitors increase sales at the show, we provide free support for all preparations for the show until after the show is over.
We provide a variety of support services, including consultation on effective decorations and layouts that will attract visitors, carry-in and carry-out, and research to determine whether exhibits are eligible for government subsidies.
Concierge staff will attend the booth to interview visitors about their interests and guide them to business meetings with exhibitors. We provide strong support for business matching.
Simultaneous interpreters in English or Chinese ↔ Japanese will be available to support global business development.
Booth locations will be adjusted and announced in order from the companies that have signed up. Applications will be closed when booths are sold out. For details and the latest information, please contact the ENDEX Japan Management Office.
This session will provide an explanation of exhibitor regulations, application schedules, and other preparations necessary before the show. * To be held online (Zoom).

The ENDEX Japan Management Office will distribute a tool for each exhibitor to send information to their customers.Please feel free to distribute them to your business partners and new customers.
